It isn't in current builds of the game for whatever reason unless you unlock it with cheats (the game's development seems to be a mess), but this is the high strength build of Marie. I think the idea is that the player chooses between builds optimized for different playstyles at the start of the game, and her bust size is tied to how strong your Marie is.
