So, is the plot going to have Youmu and Sakuya gaining mutant super powers? Other than the ones they already have, anyway.

We have that problem from time to time. (Including, coincidentally, today.) Manganese particles get into the water and turns it a brownish black. Basically harmless, but looks unpleasant.
