Not quite. The worst of Mattari Yuuka and Meiling is that they look like they will kill/brutalize you, not that they might. Mattari Yufi is one of the handful of Yuuka-centric artists posts on Danbo that portrays her looking more harmless as opposed to dangerous. Which is nothing compared to someone like Mokku, who portrays Yuuka in a way she won't entertain the idea of hurting someone most of the time.
On the other end of the spectrum with Meiling artists, Ledjoker tends to portray her as wanting to kick someone's ass most of the time.
