    Nah, not really.

    In her route, she gets upset on the inside due to being coddled by Hisao. In Lily's route, she's a lot better and implied to be recovering (though slowly). So either way, it's happy.

    Don't really this it's Heart-Breaking seeing it's implied in this comic that they're really close. Yeah, the doll thing did threw me off a bit.
