I know who Strider is... but if it is post Spider-island Spidey, then not only does have have his Spider-sense, he also has "The way of the Spider" a Martial Art Literally made for him.
Yeah this would be one hell of a fight, sadly I'd have to hand it to Hiryu because well, I don't see spidey being able to handle Hiryu and all of his "Robots" and The Syhper (Spelled that wrong I think).
I don't know who Strider is, but Spidey has been known to be a major jobber, taking on Cosmic beings and winning outright. Seemingly by accident.
Strider's basically a super human ninja soldier that, over the course of his career fought with a nigh godlike dude a couple of times. Not saying Spidey is weak or anything but Strider is definitely the strongest here. He's got quite the arsenal too.
