Junpei, the Protagonists and Yukari are the only ones dressed as their arcana counterparts.
The MCs are obvious, male is Yuu, female is Yuu crossdressing Junpei is the goofy sidekick who wants to be equal to the leader, Yosuke also tries to prove himself equal during his link. Mitsuru is the sheltered smart girl in line to take over the family business, as is Yukiko Chie and Akihiko both utilize forms of unarmed fighting, even though Aki is a trained boxer and Chie just imitates kung-fu movies. Shinji acts like a tough guy but has a softer side, as does Kanji Yukari is known to be one of the popular girls, Rise is an idol and therefore popular. Ken is the only main character that is a child, Nanako is an obvious candidate Koro is the animal of the group, easily put into the role as the fox. Aigis is the blonde haired non-human who looks human like Teddie Which leaves the technology inclined Fuuka as the gadget making Naoto. Both are also on the short end and have the closest hair colors.

Aegis for Teddie because both were adept at buffs. Mitsuru as Yukari for being excellent magic users. Fuuka as Naoto because they look similar. Yukari as Rise, obviously, same Arcana. FeMC and MC as Protag because. Junpei as Yosuke because same arcana and they both pretty much play the exact same role. Akihiko as Chie because TRAINING TRAINING. Shinjiro as Kanji because adept at physical attacks. Ken as Nanako because Justice arcana. Koromaru as the fox, self explanatory.
