Neptune and Nepgear from the PS3 game Hyperdimension Neptunia. I haven't actually played the game, but I really liked the character designs. Maybe I'll do some of the other characters in the future.

Apparently the game is about the video game console wars, and since it is from Japan, each console is represented by an anime girl. I think these characters are somehow related to the Dreamcast (or Sega Neptune), but I don't know for sure.
