Before translation: Sakuya is looking for milk and finds that she's out of it. She wonder's what to now, sees meiling and her big ass boobs walking by and instead of knifing her as per usual. she decides to milk her like a cow.

Wasn't quite sure how to translate the title and last panel. Oh well.

If you look closely in the 4th panel, Meiling's breasts seem to be compressed in a weird way (we can assume it's the milking machine)

Sakuya's dress + Meiling sizes = fourth panel

I think , Meiling just gives an idea to Sakuya (her milk (?)). And Meiling replaces her places like maid chief temporally.

That i understand

The joke:

Panel 1: Sakuya runs out of milk for tea needs to get more.

Panel 3: Sakuya notices Meilings breasts which gives her the idea for milk, the audience presumes she's going to milk Meiling since she has huge breasts.(and in a similar fashion to the artists previous comics)

Panel 4: Sakuya replaces herself with Meiling as the maid while she milks herself, Meiling's breasts are squeezed because Sakuya's clothes are too small for her. That's the joke.jpg

Of course if you have to explain the joke there is no joke.
