Yes, Lily's an absolute titty monster now, but it looks like Minoriko did pretty well for herself too. (Can't tell for sure about Shizuha, since the thing she's carrying is in the way.)

Komachi-chi has definitely left her mark on her daughters.

From what I can tell Shizuha is just as big as Minoriko. Cuz you can see where Shizuha's breasts curve at the top.

the akis are more like twins now (Shizuha usually gets gypped), and I'm not sure how Lily would feel about getting her figure from her (much disliked if not hated) mother.
