To tell the truth, this is actually one of my favorite pieces of Hetalia fan art, and it's a shame that the source got deleted. The artist doesn't use skin tones on anyone but America, but you can tell that not everyone in the picture is of the same body type, age or skin tone. There are children of multiple ages, an elderly couple, a man with dreadlocks, and even though the top part of her head is cut off, there's a woman wearing what can't be anything other than a hijab. It's a pretty good depiction of what life in America is like today.
