My Best Guess: An anthropomorphic mechanical horse ride (like what you used to see in front of many grocery stores).

No it's definatly a riding machine, like those seen in the various meme-ish vids with well known characters. This anthropomorphic one looks a lot more enjoyable to ride. Just don't expect my hands to stay on the stirrups.
