I don't consider myself a Touhou Specialist, but I know that this is not a Marisa o_O She doesn't even remotely look like her. Also, there is little to no hint that this is related to touhou at all...so we might need to remove the tag, shouldn't we...?

The rule of thumb is always to tag what you see and not what you know.
Me, I see nothing Touhou but I don't know what it actually is.

And those Pixiv tags (all artist-added) include "Marisa" and "Touhou". The Pixiv title is "Marisa's Bedroom", and the description says "From 'The Yukkuris' Call of Cthulhu'". So, despite lack of immediate visual cues and an apparent dissimilarity in character design, this IS meant to be Marisa Kirisame.

That's why I put the tags in there to begin with, despite the appearance.
