This is a parody of...something I can't quite recall. A commercial bumper/eyecatch for some program, and it irritates me that I can't remember which one. (Lack of image source doesn't help.)

Edit: Finally made the connection: I was thinking of images for Mospeada, and knowing that, I'm not so sure this is a parody thereof.
