Fully translated just a few minutes after uploading, even if this is fairly text light strip that is still pretty damn fast.

As much as we would have loved to have Sanae-san be there with us, she wanted to keep her identity a secret for the time being. Maybe some time in the future, she'll join Mizuki-san on a trip to one of our cons.
As for how Sanae-orb was portrayed, well, I had heard that the wife wouldn't let Mizuki-san come to any more conventions if he said anything about who she was, so I'd say he got it right.

I can see withholding her real name, but wouldn't sharing her pen name help people find her stuff to buy it? (Artists have gotten business for worse reasons than being married to someone their new customers already like.)

Well when she is kept so discreetly one would have to think why.
I can understand her real life identity not wanting to be known but not knowing about the stuff she draws, assuming she is in a similar business as Mizuki makes someone wonder. I mean especially if she sells the stuff she works on to the public I dont know how anyone would not be a little curious.
