Um, not to question the method to the madness or anything, but what's the point of translating panels that only say '...' or '...!'? It's kinda obvious what they mean. I mean, there isn't even anything written in the note on this page.

Why would I leave a note blank?
(Bad jokes aside, if you look back through the pages, I've only been so whimsical as to do that when Berserker or Matsumoto are "speaking." All other ellipses remain "untranslated."
I feel like it's worth a little something to at least acknowledge that their ellipses are characteristically representative of their implied dialogue, whereas everyone else's denote a lack thereof.
This sort of nonsense keeps me from being driven insane by all these damned panels, see.)
