This is an Odoroki Sentai Momonoki Five reference. The radio show in question features seiyuu Nakamura Eriko (best known for her role as Amami Haruka in The iDOLM@STER) as "Momonoki Pink," and Hikasa Youko (best known for her role as Akiyama Mio in K-ON!) as "Momonoki Yellow."
The joke here is that these two seiyuu in particular are snidely referred to on the Japanese internet as "comedian seiyuu" in contrast to the more orthodox "idol seiyuu." Recall, of course, that episode of Smile Precure! in which Akane just about loses her shit upon meeting her two favorite comedians.
As someone who's been listening to the show every week for years (read: a huge fan of Nakamura Eriko since I was like, 13), I can guarantee this with my life.
