I guess it depends on the canon you go by. Which still doesn't make sense since if they were going by Pokemon SPecial, then Red should have the Eevee.

Although Red's Eevee is pretty OP(yes i know team rocket) with it's ability to change to its other forms.

I didn't know his name was "Green" in the original. Hm. Learned something new everyday.

We won't have "Pokkeet Fighter IV", but hey, at least we'll get Pokkén Tournament. That's more than good enough for me.
