Wouldn't making something stand up more typically be 立てられる (from 立てる) instead of 立ってられる (from 立つ), along with される instead of られる? It's late for me and I'm probably just grasping at straws to make this line sound less dumb, so I won't edit the translation proper, but I think this may be referring to Sakuya herself standing, i.e. 立ってられながらなんて….
