same artist, he seems to using a new coloring method for this game, or style....i dunno just looked so different i couldn't tell

It's the same artist as the Disgaea series, but it's a game by Compile Heart. In one review I read, Mugen Souls is pretty much Disgaea meets Neptunia.

actually, the artwork for Mugen Souls is done by Kei Nanameda and the erotic bath minigame artwork was by the artist of Agarest Senki, google Kei Nanameda's name if you don't bileave me, plus, harada takehito isn't even credited in the Mugen Souls Credits that play when you beat the game.
