To transcribe to English, though, she is saying "SHEDDO OREO HA BAHT" - the "shedDO" and "OreO" rhymes, and it so happens that they're 5 baht (Thai currency). As a result, it is a rhyming exclamation with a quirky tidbit at the end.
These are fairly popular; others have their own personalizations as well. This artist have used some of them before in other strips, I believe.
