It's the title of a strip in volume 1 or 2. That strip ended up with Kagami asking if Konata is a girl or not, and the title would, by custom, serves as the author's answer form the other side of the fourth wall.

This looks halfway between a curtsey and a bow. The upper body appears to be in the bow pose (arm behind back and bending with a straight back at the waist), while the lower body looks to be in the curtsey pose (legs crossed and bending at the knees).

Sooo . . . Konata is halfway between a boy and a girl?
