I thought it might be but isn't the statement form all wrong? Unless it's referencing a different Rider than either of the two I'm thinking of.

I just noticed Yuyuko isn't "well endowed" like we normally see her. Sakuya's, *ahems*, chest.. seems the larger.

Even in the canon works, Ghost Yuyuko is well into adult hood while we know she did die when she was much younger. One could deduce that her spirit grew or that when the Yama King awarded Yuyuko her eternal princess status, he gave her an adult ghost body.

Considering how big of a deal it was for King Yama to do that, I don't see how it would be impossible for the King Yama just to go "Adult body hocus pocus!"

I suppose delivery is what I mean.

At first I thought it could be Tendou's "path of heaven" speech but on further consideration felt it was completely unlike that. Then I thought it might be Tsukasa's "passing-through Rider" speech, which is far more appropriate given the situation and even the pose is suitable. Besies referencing "passing," however, I didn't think what Sakuya said was significantly similar enough to what Decade says.
