I know I'm bumping an old pic, but I'd just like to point out that I used to drive a box van with a Ford E-350 cab like this one and judging by the height of that girl to the size of that camper, I'd have to say she's about 7 feet tall.

She is taller than the door height. Whatever the door is, add a little to get the height.

This is what I know. I had to step up to the door opening to see the top of the cab. And I'm over 6 feet tall.
