The Vanguards all decide to go to the beach together, because screw logic, this is the Saki-verse and we want a beach scene.
On another note, all of their expressions and placement in the picture are oddly appropriate, with the slight exception of Toki. It's a bit odd to see Miss "It's Hard to Live" smile so grandly.
