Alright, so here we have a mini series of 4 pictures depicting (again) Altera's secret dungeons, Previously featured in here: http://www.hentai-foundry.com/pictures/user/faustsketcher/150781/Alteras-Secret-Play-Room where Twisted Dreams is spending some --- pleasant time per say, ironically.
Must warn this pictures will contain bondage, and in this case, some light eroguro, but nothing too graphic. 
This picture features Twisted dreams (the main girl) basically proceeding to give some head to Dark, while shoving a knife inside her (don't ask me why lol), having some "bloody" results. Meanwhile, Altera enjoys the sight from the confortable couch, in company of one of her sex slaves.

NOTE:  Altera has no eyes. Yes. I know. I'm sure somebody will point it out but just so you know it's done in purpose, basically because 1. makesher look more evilish. and 2.(and main reason) because that wway she doesn't pop out too much from the BG. It's something i used to see a lot in the manga series I read (無限の住人 - mugen no juunin) and i like it. there's a version with eyes, but i simply don't like it as much.
