I don't know much about this character except the name (and that she often holds a chainsaw in the other pics). /jp/ found her in this weird imageboard that seems to be an archive of futaba:

It's weird because they are all threads with no replies, and I can't find any of these pictures with any reverse image search engine to figure out the artist. Also, the name of the board, which seems to translate to "dark history notebook archive", seems so random.
