Another picture of Reisen from Touhou ~
I don't especially like this character or her theme, but I find her power very interesting : manipulation of wavelenght. An interesting way to battle. I really like how she uses this ability in SWR creating false bullets.
Anyway I had fun with this trying different light sources (one red light on the front and the moonlight behind).
And yes, she is wearing converses
