Why am I seeing ties to the WHOOP WHOOP meme. But I don't know the sources and proper tagging

Since Sanae isn't doing the finger-twirl here, sparkling_daydream isn't indicated. But the translation may reveal it to be appropriate to tag Rikka, parody, and chuuni.
