Good guess Don, she is indeed an Ice Elemental, a suitable upgrade from the ret-con'd Yuki-Onna, who never really fit with the Elemental Design the artist had. Glacie though? Certainly does. Some other info that's been translated states that she's an Ice Queen who, contrary to nearly every other MG in the series, doesn't constantly crave men, and apparently requires a fair bit of romancing.

Yuki-Onna is retconned out? That's pretty disappointing - I really prefer the ancient myths of different world cultures to made up things based only upon the same cliche elemental schemes.
