Seriously, guys, it's amputation, not guro. There are no blood, guts, or open injury, and the only thing I can think you mean by "extreme body distention" would be the breast sizes, and few people complain about the giant breasts around here...

So what I'm hearing you say is "I can't believe it's not guro!"
I honestly don't see why you're getting so worked up about it. This isn't bloody or violent, we have things like exposed gears/circuit boards and detachable limbs all the time without complaint, and it's not like objectifying (or even outright direct abuse of) women is at all strange on Danbooru.
This is, at most, humiliation of an amputee, and that's perfectly within the bounds of Dabooru pictures.
It's mostly just weird. Honestly, I tend to like the weird, the Ao Usagi type stuff.
