You shouldn't upload your own art; Danbooru is for uploading other people's works. This will probably be deleted for that reason (although I think the image is decent). The only way to get your art on Danbooru is to upload it somewhere else (eg. Pixiv, DeviantArt) and become popular enough that someone else decides to upload it.

Edit: Though to answer your question, you would type artist:miss_seraphim and the tag would be created as an artist tag.

You mean the color of the artist tag? It's already registered as an artist, but it might take some time to change from blue to red.
