Should this really be tagged with cosplay though? It seems this is still supposed to be Samus, only she's black now. I do like that the artist actually changed things like her cheekbones and body shape instead of just putting on blackface.
Is there a tag for African or black skin or... oh, nevermind. I would be delighted as much as surprised if the original Samus was black. Too bad there aren't that many black heroes in games, apart from GTA.
