    Meiling just have a double "I love you" from Flan. This make my weekend.

    Mostly translated, but I don't see why Remi is using -ちゃう here.

    She is pissed of Meiling, because she appreciatte the "I lolove you". Remi expression doesn't make sense with this, but it's a little detail.
