The QB person actually did come to Dai⑨shuu Fest. I hear he just kept wandering all over the place without stopping by anywhere, however. :-)

Huh, a girl makes a contract, she turns into a witch, Kogasa-san makes a contract, she gets sanaelated. Oh well, Kogasa-san, at least it was worth it, right?

Depends on the type of oyster. Some oyster shells are pretty light/have a (relatively) high meat-to-shell ratio.

Wrong. The first time he appeared, he organized a /PMMM con which caused great loss to Kogasa-author (post #912342). Encouraging him to attend C-mus was slightly later that year (post #921093).
