Maybe. Though the purpose of the fight is to help Kokoro getting her hope back. I doubt those three were serious.

Actually, going by the current translations, the fight was Kokoro scolding them for using religion to stir people's emotions.

technically she's only really fighting Reimu, Miko and Byakuren show up as spell card assists.

I don't know if it's just me, but Reimu's face for some odd reason is just plain unsettling. It's as if she's saying "Hey, relax. There's no use in fighting it. This is going to happen, and you're going to like it."
