Well, if you hatched from an egg, wouldn't you want to still get your milk? Obviously women would still have breasts if they started laying eggs out of no where. If life for us started like this, then no women wouldn't have large breasts.
I take it this is some sort of long lost scene on how the eggs really appeared. Shame though, it probably would have tripled ratings if this was in there.
