Yuuka looks like she's contemplating on how to torture Tenshi without her enjoying it.

And Tenshi loos like she's starting to think this wasn't such a good idea.
How did she even get tied up? That's not Yuuka's style.

There are plenty of ways:
One of the most obvious is the nerve endings in your teeth.

Tenshi is entirely a league of her own.
Yuuka is completely dumbfounded by the blazing anticipation emanating from Tenshi's gaze.
Nothing she can think of doing out of anger and frustration could possibly serve as even the slightest form of disciplinary procedure that would deter Tenshi from repeating her actions in the future.
Yuuka is at a complete loss here and she knows it.
