I didn't translate this because there are only sound effects and I am not good with those.

Seems that the lower ones in handwritten katakana mean throbbing pain and the spoken ones are just the guy howling in the said pain. Not too hard to guess based on context. I'm not 100% sure, though so won't make a note.
