As I understand it, she can make herself normal size for her age, which seems to be pre-teen, if not pre-pubescent. Like most things Touhou, canon is rather vague.
Actually, wasn't interested in what she could do with the mallet so much as I was curious because her "normal"-i.e., unmodified-height seems to be all over the place in fandom. But based on that art, it looks like she is roughly Reimu's forearm length from head to toe. But thanks for the info-after all, the more you know...
