I added an "uncensored" tag to this image, but then again, it might actually be a "de-censored" picture(censored picture with naughty bits restored by filtering, redrawing, etcetra).

That is the case. But as long as I've been here [since the earlier danbooru], people here never cared enough to differentiate.

decensored = uncensored + photoshop, it doesn't have it's own tag
