Sakuya and Seija are battling right above where Shinmyoumaru is sleeping. Seija uses her inversion abilities, and the area of effect causes more trouble to Shinmyoumaru than to Sakuya.

What are those things coming out of her jar in the third panel anyway? Doesn't seem to be in the tags.

Actually, right below. Seija and Sakuya are clearly standing on the ceiling in the last panel, and their dialogue in the first panel is coming from the bottom. Seija's power is fun like that.
