How did Wakasagihime is getting eaten by the griant toad? Did she selflessly push Cirno out of the way and traded her self as the toad meal? Finaly, why isn't Cirno, Marisa, and Kagerou saving Wakasagihime from been swollowed?
I'm pretty sure that the last panel is Kagerou recounting a past event, so Marisa and Kagerou couldn't intervene. Cirno's just pointing and staring 'cuz LOL, someone else got eaten by the toad for a change.
