Tagged every monster so far. The only thing I'm unsure about is Armed Dragon LV7, since it could just as well be Armed Dragon LV10, but you can't see any difference here and since the Dark Armed Dragon is the counterpart to LV7, it makes more sense this way.
Speaking of which, wouldn't it make more sense to just tag the LV monsters without their respective LV suffixes? Althought that would be probably against our tagging policy.

For the LV monsters, I'll quote Silent Magician, Silent Knight, and Dark Mimic for not being tagged with their levels. Then, I'd like to also quote the element charmers, who only have their character's names instead of their card's as tags. So I say we keep the LV suffixes off.
