I just realized that Cirno + Komachi makes Sekibanki, especially if we count the scythe in.
Also, it seems she dropped another 88 scythes in the river since 5th M-1 :3

This artist should do more Komachi/stuff like this, it's cute and soft. So cute that Eiki's just watching them.

I don't believe it's a Sekibanki cosplay. It looks like it's just a headwear switch between Komachi and Cirno.
