It's actually the greek letter Phi, which is also used in the Cyrillic Alphabet. The resemblance is uncanny though.

Yeah, stylistically it's rather ... weird, if you don't imply obscenities masked behind a slight departure of standard grammar and stylistics (that kind of jokes are quite common in Russian, although here it's not very likely).
