Edit at the bottom of the image, then type it in. Space is replaced by _, but autocomplete will give you a hand anyway.

The artist said it for a joke. She is not Barkley (an alt name for "American Miko") but an alternate color Reimu in the Hopeless Masquerade. See also post #1525023.

Dang, should've read the whole thing. Of course, the alt-color Reimu in your linked post doesn't have blue eyes...
