Happy 12 anniversary to my favourite pokemon fan art (i know im late) anyways this art was drawn in 2013 october 27. This art represents the relationship between (female or male) pokemon and its trainer without sexualizing anything it's the affection of Pokemon for its trainer i don't know what happened to its artist I think he just left art but before going he drew this masterpiece his art will always remember and we will also remember him ❤️
