I dunno about you, but I can usually count on Western Touhou fanfics to be better than Japanese ones, in no small part because of how they usually defy typical Touhou memes. I wish I knew where I could find more of them (besides here and ff.net)

Thank you very much for posting this. It took bit, but that was a very good read. So many mecha references just made me love it more (like Meiling channeling Rom Stoll)
