Admittedly you will miss out on the porn involving the human characters, if that's also a major issue. One could bring up adding an actual "there are actually pokemon in this image" tag in the forum.

The Bestiality tag could block most cases for Pokemon x Human but you'd have to use extensive tag pairings to cover all lewd Pokemon images. For this pokemon at least, Gardevoir + Breasts eliminates everything you want to avoid.
