Still saner hair than Yuma's, heck his hair is still saner than Yusei's that it's rather tame by Yugioh protagonist standards, hope I'll grow on his design soon though.
Sorry for double posting but so far on other sources I've seen people debating that Yuya might be a girl.
I know not everyone is familiar with how Japanese names work but Yuya is a 100% masculine one and so far given how Yugioh treated its girls, I don't understand why the possibility of Yuya being female sounds remotely legit to anyone.(Don't get me wrong, I like Aki and all, but still all females of Yugioh still suffers from being unable to remain significant for over 3 arcs in their respective title.)
